It’s an easy 5-step process!

Step 1: Open ProofKeep. You simply log in to the ProofKeep application via ProofKeep Website (www.ProofKeep.com).

Step 2: Select Media Type. You select the type of Proof you wish to capture: video, audio, or photographic recordings.

Step 3: Capture Proof. You capture your Proof

Step 4: Select Storage Length. You set the duration that you need to store the Proof for: a day, month, year, or custom duration

Step 5: Pay. You pay the associated ProofKeep service fees

ProofKeep will quietly work in the background and do the rest. The Proof you captured is kept safe and remains authentic and tamperproof until you need it. Once stored on ProofKeep, the application allows you to download an unofficial “Unauthenticated” copy of the Proof you captured for your own personal records and further allows you to share an Unauthenticated copy of your Proof with others. There is a separate process for you to request ProofKeep to send an officially “Authenticated” copy of your Proof directly to others.
